Chill your glass!

A cold glass makes a world of difference for a perfectly refreshing drink. To achieve this, either keep your glass in the freezer or fill it with ice and water while you prepare your cocktail. Empty it just before serving for the ultimate chill factor.

HOW DO YOU MAKE A FROZEN STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI COCKTAIL?

To make a frozen strawberry Daiquiri, simply add 6 strawberries to your frozen Daiquiri recipe.

Opt for Caster Sugar!

Caster sugar (or superfine sugar) is ideal for a hand-shaken Daiquiri. Its fine texture dissolves easily with lime juice, adding balanced sweetness and a subtle, sherbet-like note for a bright, zesty mouthfeel.

Juice Your Lime in Advance!

Juicing your lime a few hours before making your cocktail can soften its acidity, mellowing the sharpness and creating a smoother mouthfeel in the final drink.

ENGINEERING THE PERFECT DRINK

The Daiquiri was born in the Cuban town of Daiquirí, where American engineer Jennings Cox mixed lime, sugar, and BACARDÍ rum to beat the tropical heat. It later rose to fame at Havana’s El Floridita bar, championed by bartender Constantino Ribalaigua Vert. With fans like Ernest Hemingway, it became a global icon—crisp, refreshing, and effortlessly elegant.
